Working with men and women at all levels and ages, from those who haven't seen a gym since high school to those who are training for specific sporting events. I work with each client on their specific goals, nutritional needs, current or previous injuries, and sometimes on learning new activities when desired or necessary.

RATES*
Denver -metro downtown area:
      $65.00 base rate per one-hour session
              discounts for packages of
              10 or 15 sessions

Outside the downtown area:
       $75 base rate per one-hour session
             discounts for packages of
             10, 20 or more sessions
